Employment check-ins help you track your work satisfaction and career growth over time. Submit a weekly rating to monitor how you feel about your current role and identify trends in your employment experience.
You must be signed in to access check-ins. Find them in your dashboard sidebar or use the "Check in today" quick action button.
How to submit an employment check-in
Navigate to Check-ins from your dashboard sidebar
Click the Employment tab
Rate how your work is going using the slider (1-10)
1 = Very unsatisfied
10 = Exceptional
Optionally, add context about your work experience this week
Click Submit Check-in
You'll see a confirmation message and your check-in will appear in your progress history.
You can only submit one employment check-in per week. The system tracks by Monday of each week, so return next Monday to submit again.

Tracking employment satisfaction weekly helps you spot red flags early—like sustained low ratings that might indicate it's time to explore new opportunities or address workplace issues.
Job search vs employment check-ins
Both check-in types work the same way but track different aspects of your career:
Job Search check-ins track your hunt progress and motivation
Employment check-ins track satisfaction in your current role
Each has its own weekly limit, history, and stats. You can submit one of each per week.
