Career Pass: Points, Achievements & Customization

Your Career Pass is a loyalty system that rewards you with points for completing career activities. Track your achievements, view your points balance, and customize your member card—all from your dashboard.

Career Pass is available to Lite members and above. Free members can view achievements earned but can't redeem points for rewards until they upgrade.

Viewing Your Career Pass

You'll see a Career Pass preview on your home dashboard showing your current points and tier level.

To access the full Career Pass page, click Achievements in the sidebar navigation, then select the Career Pass tab.

How to Earn Points

Points are awarded automatically when you complete activities across five categories:

  • Profile: Add a profile photo (50 pts), bio (25 pts), or complete your full profile (100 pts)

  • Check-ins: Complete weekly employment or job search check-ins (25 pts each) and unlock milestones like First Steps, On a Roll, Committed, and Career Veteran

  • Career Agent: Chat with Career Agent (10 pts per conversation, plus milestones at 1, 10, and 50 chats)

  • Workflows: Complete your first workflow (100 pts) or reach 3 workflows (200 pts)

  • Subscription: Activate your first paid subscription (500 pts)

Tracking Achievements

The Achievements tab shows all available achievements organized by category. Use the filter pills to browse by category or view all at once.

Each achievement card displays:

  • Achievement title and description

  • Progress indicator (e.g., "3/5" for multi-step achievements)

  • Points value (e.g., "+50 pts")

  • Unlock status and date

Understanding Your Points Balance

Your Career Pass card displays your total points and their dollar equivalent (1,000 points = $1.00). This currency equivalent will be used for future partner discounts and redemptions.

The points transaction history on the Career Pass tab shows every point-earning activity with a timestamp, description, amount earned, and running balance.

Your points never expire, and your lifetime total determines your tier level (Bronze → Silver at 1,000 pts → Gold at 5,000 pts → Platinum at 20,000 pts).

Customizing Your Card

Personalize your Career Pass card with different color themes. On the Career Pass tab, scroll to the "Customise your card" section.

Choose from 10 gradient themes (Signature, Ocean, Midnight, Forest, Sunset, Monochrome, Rose Gold, Aurora, Cobalt, Ember). Click a swatch to select it, then click Save theme.

Retroactive Points for Existing Members

When Career Pass launched, all existing members received retroactive points for past activity. Your points balance reflects profile completions, check-ins, Career Agent conversations, workflows, and subscriptions from before the Career Pass system went live.

If you had already completed activities before Career Pass launched, you should see those points in your transaction history with appropriate timestamps.
