Understanding Lite membership access gates

We Are Distributed offers tiered membership to unlock premium features. Free users have limited access to jobs and tools, while Lite members get full access to the job board, advanced filters, and key career tools.

Membership tiers

Free: Limited job listings, no Career Agent access, basic profile features.

Lite ($15/mo): Career Agent with up to 5 projects, and integrated apps (Job Tracker, Resume Builder, Career CRM).

Plus and higher: Everything in Lite plus unlimited projects, automated workflows, and advanced actions library.

Actions Library

The Actions Library includes automated career actions.

Lite members get access to basic automated actions, while Plus members unlock advanced workflows and the full actions library including Skills Gap Analysis and Email Digest automations (coming soon).

Career Agent

The Career Agent AI assistant is available only to Lite and Plus members. Free users see an "Upgrade to Lite" banner when attempting to access the /agent page.

Lite members can use the full chat interface with up to 5 projects for organizing conversations. Plus members get unlimited projects and more advanced automation capabilities.

Checking your membership status

To view your current plan, click the Subscription button (credit card icon) in the top navigation. You'll see your plan name (Free, Lite, Plus, etc.), status, and next billing date if applicable.
