Managing your subscription
This guide will help you manage and verify your subscription status.
Before you begin: Make sure you're logged into your We Are Distributed account and have an active subscription.
Managing your subscription
To view or update your subscription:
Click the Subscription button (credit card icon) in the top navigation bar
View your current plan details, billing date, and payment method
Use the options to upgrade, update payment details, or cancel
Verifying your subscription is active
Check that your subscription is active:
Go to the Subscription page using the top navigation
Confirm your plan shows your plan: Lite, Plus etc, with an active status
Check the next billing date to ensure payment processed
If you just subscribed, wait 1-2 minutes and refresh the page. Your subscription may still be processing.

If you've verified your subscription is active and your services have still not activated, reach out to support with:
Your account email
The browser and device you're using
Any error messages you see
