Managing your subscription
Use the Subscription page to check your plan, complete payment, and confirm when your membership is active.
Before you begin, sign in to your We Are Distributed account. If you are choosing a new plan, compare options in Guide to subscription tiers and limits.
Open your subscription settings
Click Subscription in the top navigation.
Review your current plan, billing date, and payment details.
Use the available actions to upgrade, update payment details, or cancel.
Pay for your membership
When you upgrade, We Are Distributed now opens a dedicated checkout page to finish payment.
Go to Subscription.
Select the plan you want and click Upgrade.
On the checkout page, confirm the plan and enter your payment details.
Submit the payment and wait for the confirmation page to load.

What the payment success page means
After payment, you are sent to a success page that confirms the charge and your membership activation.
When payment is complete, the page shows a success message and gives you options to return to the app. Use Go to Dashboard to continue, or open your subscription view to confirm the plan on your account.
If the success page says your subscription is active, your membership has been accepted and should appear on the Subscription page shortly.
Verify your subscription is active
Return to the app from the success page or open Subscription from the top navigation.
Confirm your plan name and active status are shown.
Check the next billing date to confirm the payment processed.
If you just paid and your plan has not updated yet, wait 1–2 minutes and refresh the page. New access can take a moment to appear. For more on member-only features, see Understanding Lite membership access gates.
Still having issues?
If payment succeeded but your membership still does not appear after refreshing, contact support with your account email, the browser and device you used, any error message, and a screenshot of your Subscription page.
