March 2026 Updates
March introduced new ways for members to get support faster, understand access earlier, and get more useful feedback while applying for jobs.
March 27
AI Career Agent — We launched the AI Career Agent to give members faster, more structured help with common job-search tasks inside the platform. We released this to make support easier to access between live coaching, community discussions, and self-serve research, so members can keep moving when they need help improving materials, thinking through next steps, or navigating a job search decision.
March 20
Simpler onboarding and direct access — We simplified how new members enter the platform, removing the waitlist system and giving everyone immediate access to the career manager and job board. Free members can now explore jobs and use core features without waiting in a queue or completing achievements first. For more detail, see Accessing the career manager and job board.
March 12
Embedded Resume Analyzer on job pages — Job pages now include an embedded Resume Analyzer widget, so members can get resume feedback closer to the moment they are reviewing a role. We released this to make resume support more contextual and reduce the need to switch between separate parts of the product while deciding where to apply.
