You can access the We Are Distributed career manager and job board without a paid subscription or entering a waitlist. The previous waitlist system has been removed—all members can explore jobs and use the platform's core features immediately.

• Career manager — Access your profile, career updates, and job search tools

There's no waitlist to join, no queue to move through, and no countdown period. Simply create your account and start using these features right away.
