Get started with your career dashboard

Your career dashboard is the main place to organize your job search and career growth. Use it to complete your profile, open your core tools, and start taking action from one place.

Some dashboard tools require a Lite membership. For example, Career Agent requires Lite or higher.

Start with your profile

Open Profile from the dashboard sidebar and complete the basics first. Add your role, skills, experience, and any other career details the dashboard asks for.

A complete profile helps the platform personalize your dashboard and makes tools like Career Agent more useful.

Find the main dashboard tools

From the dashboard sidebar and apps area, you can reach the tools most members use first:

  • Career Agent for job recommendations, career advice, and quick access to connected tools

  • Job Tracker to save roles and manage application status

  • Resume Builder to start or update your resume

  • Career CRM to organize your networking and career outreach

If you are not sure where to begin, open Career Agent first. It acts as a hub for the rest of your dashboard workflow.

Get to your first win

  1. Open Career Agent from the dashboard sidebar.

  2. Ask for jobs that match your profile, or use one of the suggested prompts.

  3. Track a role you want to follow up on.

  4. Open Job Tracker to review and manage your saved jobs.

This gives you a working dashboard setup fast: your profile is ready, your job search is active, and your applications are in one place.

For step-by-step help with tracking applications, see How to track job applications.

Use the rest of the dashboard

As you get set up, you can also open Check-ins to track your progress over time and Achievements to keep your career record up to date.

If you want to build a regular habit, submit a weekly Employment Check-in from the dashboard sidebar.

What to do next

After you finish your first setup, use Career Agent to find opportunities and use Job Tracker to manage your applications.
