**Strategy & Operations Manager:

Turing is searching for an experienced Strategy Operations Manager to join our Delivery team. This is a high-impact role that focuses on driving critical initiatives end to end, i.e., from concept to strategy, execution, and scale-up. The role is ideal for a high-caliber individual who possesses a strong mix of operations and management consulting experience. The role involves significant cross-functional leadership to drive an initiative and move metrics, working closely with diverse functions such as GTM, product, engineering, data science, operations, and finance. We are especially interested in someone who has demonstrated the ability to work with multiple levers to deliver business results in the past.

What you’ll do:

• Driving and owning critical initiatives end to end, i.e., from concept to strategy, execution, and scale up.
• Defining the strategy for initiatives, potential impact, success metrics, and go/no go.
• Defining and executing plans with key milestones and success metrics with close cross-functional coordination.
• Engaging with GTM, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations stakeholders to align project objectives, secure necessary resources, and drive project success.

• Can leverage data to drive insights and decision-making, but also balance out analysis paralysis v/s outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Strong relationship builder.

Education and Experience

• 5+ years of total experience across operating at a high-growth startup ( preferably at the intersection of technology and operations), and 2+ years in management consulting.
• Experience in planning, leading & driving end-to-end initiatives as the DRI.
• Experience with basic data analytics - SQL, Python, Excel.
• Preferably have experience working with one or more of the following functions - Stratops, Bizops and Product Operations.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (in business administration, engineering, finance, or economics-related fields).
• MBA preferred.
