We’re hiring an AI Engineer (Revenue & Customer Growth) to join our team at the intersection of engineering, AI innovation, and go-to-market execution. This role is perfect for a hands-on builder who wants to see their work directly impact revenue growth, customer retention, and operational excellence.
- Build automations for forecasting, pipeline management, and deal insights.
- Develop AI copilots to support Sales & CS teams (meeting prep, call notes, renewal playbooks).
- Create AI-powered self-service tools (FAQ bots, onboarding assistants, workflow automation).
- Partner with CS leadership to deploy AI for ticket deflection and faster resolution.
- Rapidly build and test AI-driven concepts — moving from proof of concept → MVP → production.
- Evaluate and integrate leading AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Mistral) and frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy, Pydantic AI).
- Work closely with Sales Ops, CS Ops, and Marketing Ops to prioritize high-impact projects.
- Translate GTM needs into technical solutions — and deliver them fast.
- Strong software engineering background (Python, TypeScript, APIs).
- Experience with AI model APIs and orchestration frameworks.
- Knowledge of RAG, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector), graph databases (Neo4j, ArangoDB).
- Ability to build internal apps, dashboards, or tools for non-technical users.
- Familiarity with GTM systems (HubSpot, Zendesk, Confluence) a plus.
- Familiarity with concepts related to model fine-tuning is a plus.
- 3–6 years in engineering, with at least 1–2 years building AI/LLM-powered applications.
- Track record of going from idea → prototype → production in fast-paced environments.
- Exposure to SaaS, RevOps, or customer-facing workflows preferred.
- Builder-first, experimental mindset.
- Commercially curious — you care about how AI impacts revenue and customer success.
- Strong communicator, able to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
