- Building and maintaining a robust control environment across the fund services function, identifying operational and compliance risks and implementing the controls, checks, and escalation paths needed to manage them.
- Partnering closely with Product and Engineering to drive the automation and productization of fund execution, acting as a business owner for fund services tooling and contributing to Hiive's broader platform development.
- Setting the standard for investor experience across the fund lifecycle, overseeing how the team communicates with and reports to fund investors and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience at every touchpoint.
- Working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal and Compliance to ensure fund operations are aligned with regulatory requirements, business objectives, and the needs of a fast-growing platform.
- Supporting the Head of Fund Services with the strategic development of the Fund Services function, including team structure, hiring, and capability building as the business scales.

- Prior experience at a private equity firm, fund administrator, or public accounting firm with significant exposure to private funds.
- People management experience, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to execute accurately under pressure across multiple funds simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, build high-trust relationships, and work effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
