Associate Manager, Brand Marketing Spotify for Artists Marketing & Policy

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Associate Brand Marketing Manager to join the Spotify for Artists Marketing & Policy team—a group dedicated to supporting artists and their teams as they build and grow their careers on Spotify. Spotify for Artists a leading music industry brand, providing tools and resources for artists, labels, managers, songwriters, and publishers. There are over 1 million artists using Spotify for Artists today—from the biggest global stars to emerging artists. This full-time role will report to the head of Spotify for Artists Brand & Integrated Marketing.

In this role, you will help define how Spotify communicates and shows up for artists across our ecosystem—shaping the creative direction and narrative frameworks that underpin our artist-facing campaigns, programs, and brand moments. You will play a critical role in articulating Spotify’s and Spotify for Artists' value to artists, ensuring our initiatives feel cohesive, inspiring, and aligned with the needs of the creator community. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will help elevate our brand presence with artists, and strengthen our reputation as a trusted, supportive partner in their careers.

What You'll Do

Drive creative execution and campaign delivery across a range of Spotify and Spotify for Artists artist programs + marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesive storytelling across owned marketing channels.

Manage project timelines, workflows, and approvals with key stakeholders to keep marketing initiatives on track and aligned.

Oversee production of campaign assets — landing pages, blogs, emails, visual/video content — that bring our programs to life.

Work closely with creative and design stakeholders to ensure consistency and cohesion across all brand touchpoints.

Develop ongoing communications within artist community programs, including celebratory and shareable moments that drive engagement and advocacy.

Support go-to-market execution and creative development across top Spotify for Artists brand campaigns, such as Wrapped for Artists, Loud & Clear, Marketing Awards, and more.

Who You Are

3+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative production, and/or campaign execution.

Experience in the music, creator, or entertainment industry is strongly preferred.

Passionate about music and deeply attuned to the needs, challenges, and experiences of artists and their teams.

Deep understanding of brand marketing principles and proven experience delivering integrated campaigns across channels such as email, social, web, video, and events.

Demonstrated ability to lead creative development, working closely with designers, copywriters, producers, and external agencies to bring campaigns to life.

Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives simultaneously.

A clear and confident communicator, experienced in managing cross-functional stakeholders and presenting ideas or creative work.

Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

Where You'll Be

This role is based in New York, New York

We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home

We ask that you come in 2-3 times per week.

The United States base range for this position is $94,761- $135,373 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
