Superside is hiring an
Associate Resource Manager
to help plan, staff, and optimize creative capacity across our delivery pods. You’ll work closely with Pod leadership, creatives, and project teams to ensure the right people are in the right places at the right time.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving complex resourcing puzzles, and cares deeply about smooth delivery and strong team experiences.
