Overview

​

As a Sales Data Enrichment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our data enrichment efforts and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of large data sets. We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Sales Data Enrichment Specialist to conduct web research activities to enhance our contact list of businesses and relevant contacts. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills and be proficient in managing and updating data. This position involves identifying potential prospects / companies key contacts & relevant contact details through effective research and sourcing strategies for our sales teams.

 Key Responsibilities

​

• Data Research and Verification: Conduct thorough research to obtain accurate targeted data based on the project or area of focus being worked on.
• Data Entry and Management: Efficiently input the gathered data into systems without errors.
• Quality Assurance: Cross-verify the gathered data with multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• List Creation Activities: Working with Revenue Operations leadership build out account cohorts for our selling teams.

 Qualifications

• Proven experience in data research, data entry, or a related field
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and handling large datasets
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent internet research skills and a natural curiosity to dig deeper to gain more information.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proactive and self-driven, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and take the initiative.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, handling multiple projects and Detail-oriented, focused on accuracy and precision in data enrichment processes.
• Proactive and results-oriented, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Salesforce experience (or similar CRM system)
