Position Overview

​

This work is meaningful and complex. Our roles are thoughtfully designed to support sustainable, ethical practice.

​

Clinical & Administrative Support

​

• Clinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance
• Transdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties
• Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics
• BT Managers for performance and operational support
• BT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing

​

Learning & Advancement

​

• Internal CEUsand virtual trainings
• Clinical Roundsand company-wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings
• Clinical ladder with progression from BCBA I–IV
• Growth into leadership , training, consultative, and operational roles

• Continuing Education Stipend:$2,000 annually

Compensation & Productivity

​

• Productivity:Between 100 and 115 billable hours per month
• Base Salary:$95,000 and $105,000
• Bonus:$70 to $77 for each additional billable hour (e.g., +5 billable hours/month = $4K–$5K annually)

​

Minimum Qualifications

​

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field required
• BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
• LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred
