As our Brand Communications and Social Media Specialist, you'll be essential in achieving TestGorilla's vision of helping one billion people land their dream job. You'll build and execute our social strategy and drive brand-level external communications, acting as the creative soul of the marketing team to build a memorable category presence.

Responsibilities

​

In this role, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

​

• Own social publishing and community engagement: Manage content cadence and organic engagement on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube (our primary channels) while building and extending our social presence.
• Drive external brand communications: Coordinate PR efforts, speaking opportunities, and manage reviews (G2, Google, NPS) to maintain a positive and proactive brand image.
• Produce high-reach brand content: Create TOFU (Top of Funnel) newsletters and strong content moments that build reach and familiarity with the TestGorilla brand.
• Leverage AI for brand consistency and efficiency: Use AI to maintain brand consistency in day-to-day outputs (voice, visuals, templates, and content QA) and continuously improve work efficiency and quality.
• Uphold TestGorilla's behaviors and foster an inclusive, supportive culture.
• Collaborate effectively with global colleagues across teams and time zones.

What you’ll bring

​

We're looking for someone who:

​

• Is passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Has hands-on social media expertise: You have a proven track record of growing social channels and managing communities for a B2B SaaS or tech brand.
• Content experience: You are a "do-er" who can take a concept and turn it into high-quality social posts, newsletters, or PR pitches.
• AI/Automation proficiency: You are excited about (and are experienced in or have dabbled with) AI tools to scale content production and social publishing workflows.
