AbouttheRole

​

We are looking for a highlyorganizedandproactiveBridgeCoordinator to manage and coordinate IT infrastructure projects, installations, and incident bridges.

​

This role is critical in ensuring seamlessexecutionofclientprojects,effectivestakeholdercommunication,andtimelydelivery across multiple engagements.

​

KeyResponsibilities

​

• Plan,schedule,andcoordinatesite &remoteITinstallations/projects(hardware,software,servermigrations,etc.)
• Actasacentralpointofcontactforincidentbridgesandprojectcoordination
• Communicateeffectivelywithclients,accountmanagers,engineers,andvendors
• Ensureoptimalresourceallocationtomeetprojecttimelinesandclientexpectations
• Trackandpublishprojectstatusreports,risks,andprogressupdates
• Maintainandupdateservicedeliverycalendarsandschedules
• Manageandcommunicatechanges,escalations,andcriticalupdates
• Ensureaccuratedatarecordingacrosssystemsandtools
• Buildstrongcross-functionalrelationshipswithinternalteamsandexternalstakeholders
• Adheretosafety,compliance,andoperationalstandards
