About the role
n8n is looking for an Enterprise SDR to generate high-quality enterprise pipeline for our US business by prospecting into strategic accounts and creating meaningful conversations with technical buyers.
You’ll run a targeted outbound motion: researching enterprise accounts, identifying the right personas, crafting relevant outreach, qualifying early-stage opportunities, and partnering closely with Enterprise AEs to create strong pipeline.
This role is ideal for someone who has outbound SDR experience, is curious about technical products, thrives in fast-growing environments, and brings the structure, resilience, and sales acumen needed to engage senior stakeholders across large organizations.
What You’ll Be Doing 🎯 Generate qualified enterprise pipeline for n8n by prospecting into strategic US accounts
🧭 Build targeted account plans with Enterprise AEs, identifying priority companies, personas, pain points, and outreach angles
🔎 Research technical and business stakeholders across IT, DevOps, SecOps, and related teams to understand where n8n can create value
📝 Craft thoughtful, personalized outbound messaging that connects n8n’s automation and AI capabilities to account-specific priorities
📞 Run outbound sequences across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to create new conversations with prospective customers
🧠 Qualify prospects through strong discovery, understanding business needs, technical context, urgency, and fit for n8n
🤝 Partner tightly with Enterprise AEs to ensure smooth handoffs, strong meeting context, and clear next steps for qualified opportunities
📈 Maintain excellent CRM hygiene in Salesforce, keeping account, contact, activity, and opportunity information accurate and up to date
🛠️ Use tools like Outreach, Salesforce, Apollo, and AI tools to improve prospecting, research, personalization, and follow-up
🚀 Continuously improve your messaging, targeting, and qualification approach through coaching, feedback, and performance data
REQUIREMENTS
Must-haves
📈 SDR experience: You have previous experience in an inbound or outbound SDR, ideally prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts
🏢 SaaS experience: You understand how B2B SaaS sales environments work and are familiar with pipeline generation, qualification, and sales processes
🎯 Sales acumen: You know how to identify relevant accounts, qualify opportunities, and create clear business value in early-stage conversations. Proficient in applying structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC to drive consistent deal execution and qualification.
🧠 Strong communication skills: You can write thoughtful outreach, ask good discovery questions, and hold confident conversations with senior stakeholders
🤝 Emotional intelligence: You can build rapport quickly, adapt your approach, and navigate conversations with technical and executive-level buyers
🚀 Proactive working style: You are a self-starter who prepares well, follows up consistently, and takes ownership of your results
📍 Boston-based availability: You are based in Boston and willing to work from our Boston office 3 days per week with the local team

🛠️ Sales tech fluency: You have used tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, or similar platforms to manage prospecting and sales activity
🧩 Technical curiosity: You have experience selling to technical personas or a strong interest in technical products, automation, AI, or developer-focused tools
🏆 Proven performance: You have examples of consistent quota attainment, President’s Club recognition, or measurable impact in a previous SDR role
🤖 AI tool familiarity: You have experience in using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools to improve research, personalization, or productivity
🌎 Enterprise exposure: You have prospected into large organizations and understand how to identify buying committees, relevant personas, and account priorities
