Superside is looking for a Senior Event Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and amplification of our global virtual event programs. From large-scale flagship virtual summits to focused customer roundtables and interactive webinars, you’ll design and deliver experiences that elevate Superside’s brand, generate demand, and strengthen our community.
This is a highly strategic and executional role. You’ll work across functions with content, creative, marketing, and sales teams to ensure every event is flawlessly executed, tightly integrated into our broader marketing mix, and positioned as a high-value brand touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the virtual event strategy and calendaracross Superside’s marketing org, ensuring programming aligns with demand gen goals, content priorities, and brand positioning.
- Lead planning and executionfor Superside’s flagship virtual summits, digital conferences, webinars, and online community events—from concept to promotion, run-of-show, and post-event amplification.
- Develop compelling narratives and formatsthat reinforce Superside’s leadership in AI-powered creative and marketing innovation.
- Partner with content, creative, and demand gen teamsto deliver integrated campaigns that maximize registration, engagement, and pipeline impact.
- Manage speaker recruitment and preparation,building relationships with industry leaders, customers, and internal experts to deliver high-quality, engaging digital sessions.
- Oversee all virtual event operations and logistics,including platforms, production partners, budgets, and technical delivery.
- Measure and report performance,translating engagement and pipeline data into insights that optimize promotion and prove ROI.
- Continuously experiment with digital formats, interactivity, and technologiesto keep Superside at the forefront of virtual event marketing.
- Collaborate cross-functionallyto elevate execution standards and ensure seamless integration into the overall marketing mix.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience invirtual event marketingor digital-first field marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, creative services, or fast-growing startups.
- Proven track record of planning and executinglarge-scale virtual summits (1,000+ registrants)as well as smaller, high-touch webinars or workshops.
- Strong ability totranslate brand positioning into standout digital experiencesthat resonate with target audiences.
- Excellent project management skills—comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables in a remote-first environment.
- Hands-on experience withvirtual event platforms(e.g. Zuddl), plus CRM/marketing automation tools and campaign analytics.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence managing executive speakers and external partners.
- Data-driven mindset, with proven ability totrack KPIs and demonstrate ROIfrom virtual event marketing.
- Passion for creative industries, marketing innovation, and exploring new AI technologies to enhance online event experiences.
