Job Summary:The Executive Assistant is a strategic, highly organized, and proactive professional who provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives in a fast-growing business. This role serves as a trusted partner to executive leadership and cross-functional teams, enabling efficiency, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of the corporate hub. The Executive Assistant exercises sound judgment, maintains strict confidentiality, and operates with a high degree of autonomy in a dynamic environment.
Essential Job Functions for this role include:Provide comprehensive, high-level administrative support to multiple executives and senior leadersProactively manage complex and frequently changing executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic travel arrangementsServe as a key point of contact and trusted liaison between executives, internal teams, external partners, and clients, ensuring timely, professional, and service-oriented communicationAnticipate executive needs, prioritize requests, and independently resolve issues while escalating risks or delays as appropriateMaintain accuracy and integrity of internal systems, records, reports, and executive documentationManage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretionScreen, prioritize, and respond to incoming meeting requests on behalf of executivesPrepare, organize, and track reports, presentations, data, and materials to support executive decision-makingCoordinate and execute internal and external meetings and events as needed, including logistics, materials distribution, and follow-up on action itemsPlan, organize, and support corporate and executive-sponsored events, ensuring alignment with business objectivesUphold and enhance office procedures, processes, and best practices to improve efficiencyLead or support special projects and initiatives as assigned, often across multiple teams and stakeholders
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:3–5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role, preferably supporting C-suite or senior leadershipDemonstrated ability to operate as a trusted partner to executives, exercising sound judgment and professionalismHighly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with exceptional ability to manage competing prioritiesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organizationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage a diverse and high-volume workload in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExperience managing complex calendars, travel, and logistics for senior executivesDemonstrated experience planning and executing corporate and executive-level eventsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPointProven discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential informationAbility to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively across teamsHigh school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferredHighly organized and detail-oriented
Work Schedule:This professional role requires availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Working Conditions:Professional office environment, daytime hours, working inside, standing, and sitting, will be assigned to a workstation, no heavy lifting over 20 lbs.

Actual base pay within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills and licenses/certifications. This position is also eligible to earn incentive compensation through one of Mercer Advisors’ incentive compensation programs.
