Your Role
As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company. We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years.
You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:
- Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
- Bi-weekly All Team meetings
- Monthly reviews

About the Client
The client is a mission-driven organizations that brings clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution to their operations and strategy. We are looking for an Executive Operations Assistant who will play a critical role in supporting leadership and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations. This position supports strategic initiatives, maintains operational rhythm, and helps translate priorities into action in a culture of trust, clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Turn weekly leadership (L10) and exec meetings into a clear project board (tasks, owners, due dates) and drive follow-through.
- Own logistics and timelines for CXO roundtables (dates, invites, RSVPs, reminders, follow-ups) and keep an event pipeline in motion.
- Translate sales / BD meetings into actionable follow-ups, tasks, and simple trackers.
- Proactively manage executive calendars and resolve conflicts.
- Conduct personalized outreach to healthcare executives on behalf of executives.
- Build initial sales decks and materials using existing templates.
- Draft content for decks and LinkedIn using an AI brand-story framework.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a BPO, corporate, or consulting environment supporting US or international executives.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to create clear plans.
- Excellent written and spoken English for communication with senior and C-level executives.
- Experience managing executive calendars and logistics end-to-end.
- Ability to perform personalized outreach and writing on behalf of executives.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proactive and resourceful, comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch)
- Up to $1800, depending on experience
- 13th month pay
- Performance-based bonuses
