Job Summary
The
Finance Business Partner role is a manager level role
centered on collaboration, insight generation, and operational impact. This role interfaces directly and often with line-of-business leaders to optimize operations, identify and execute revenue growth opportunities, and guide pricing and strategic decisions. This position emphasizes partnering with business owners, building their financial acumen, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
You will work closely with the Enterprise BI team to co-create datasets and dashboards, ensuring leaders have timely, actionable intelligence. Success looks like measurable improvements in unit economics, conversion/retention, services margin, pricing effectiveness, and overall operational efficiency.
