Support the creation and growth of ourCDB funding bookfrom the ground up
Interface withInvestment Platforms
Monitor market conditions to identify thebest timingandstrategies for CDB issuance
Track competitors and benchmark rates, volumes, and strategies across the market
Build and maintain reports and controls usingExcel and SQL
Analyze data to support decision-making on pricing, funding, and allocation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and improve financial products
UseAI toolsto enhance analysis, productivity, and insights
~1+ year of experience infinancial markets, preferably with CDB or fixed income products
Experience inbanks, brokerages, or financial institutionsdealing with similar instruments
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
Working knowledge ofSQL
Proficiency inExcel for controls, analysis, and reporting
Understanding ofhow CDBs work, including market dynamics and funding strategies
High agency: ability to take ownership and drive things forward with autonomy
Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-changing environment
Interest inusing AI as part of your daily workflow
Experience usingAI tools for analysis or automation
Advanced English
Experience withPython or other data tools
Previous experience in funding, treasury, or liabilities management
Exposure topricing strategies or financial product structuring
