Freelance | Contract Flutter Engineer

Location: Remote - Anywhere (Open to applicants located anywhere around the globe.)

As a Contract Flutter Engineer , you’ll work with a team of experts dedicated to delivering cutting-edge cross-platform mobile experiences. If you are passionate about leveraging the latest technologies to build high-performance applications for iOS and Android, this role is for you.

What you will do: 

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary, agile project team to build high-quality, cross-platform features using the Flutter framework and Dart.
• Leverage your expertise in Flutter and Dart to develop innovative, user-centric mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Write efficient, testable, and maintainable code while upholding high standards for feature delivery.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, advocating for scalable, maintainable, and future-ready solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest Flutter tools and libraries: Provider, Bloc, Rive, and Lottie—and apply them to elevate the user experience.

About you: 

• You bring 3–5 years of experience in mobile software development, with deep expertise in Flutter and Dart—especially in state management and dependency injection.
• You have a solid understanding of both iOS and Android platforms, along with familiarity with their native frameworks.
• You have hands-on experience with software architecture patterns such as MVC, MVVM, and Provider.
• You come with a strong grasp of the Flutter framework, including widgets, Flutter Flavors, and state management techniques, backed by solid computer science fundamentals like data structures, algorithms, and multithreading.
• You are comfortable working within Agile teams and have experience using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and unit testing frameworks.

Contractor fee:

Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, projects, geographic location, and business needs.
