Role Overview

​

New Era Technology is seeking experienced Full Stack Developers with strong expertise in Spring Boot for backend development and Next.js for frontend application development. The selected professionals will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing applications aligned with both business and technical requirements.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy owning features end-to-end and working in a collaborative, cloud-native, and modern engineering environment .

Key Responsibilities

​

Backend Development

​

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security
• Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security
• Build and consumeRESTful APIsand work withinmicroservices-based architectures
• Ensure backend performance, scalability, security, and reliability

Frontend Development

​

• Developresponsive and high-performance frontend applicationsusing: Next.js, JavaScript / TypeScriptModern UI libraries and component-based design

• Modern UI libraries and component-based design
• Collaborate with UX and product teams to deliver intuitive user experiences

Full Stack & Engineering Practices

​

• Ensureend-to-end application performanceacross frontend and backend layers
• Collaborate closely withProduct Managers, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams
• Participate incode reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions
• Troubleshoot and resolvedefects, performance bottlenecks, and production issues
• Follow best practices forsecure SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and documentation

• 6–8+ yearsof hands-onfull stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in: Java 8+ / 11+Spring Boot, JPA / Hibernate, Microservices
