Whom we are looking for:
We are looking for adata-drivenanduser-focused Growth Analystto help us understand how users navigate our website and identify key opportunities to improve conversion. This role is not about reporting — it is about turning user behavior and data into clear insights and actionable improvements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user journeys across the website and identify key conversion paths and drop-off points
- Build and analyze conversion funnels (visit → engagement → sign-up → evaluation → purchase)
- Identify tracking gaps and data issues (GA4, events, etc.)
- Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, product, and engineering teams
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 1–2+ years of experience in Growth, Web Analytics, or Data Analysis
- Hands-on experience with GA4 (must-have) , including funnel analysis and segmentation
- Strong understanding of user behavior and conversion logic
- Ability to break down complex problems and communicate insights clearly
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with imperfect or incomplete data
- Strong ownership and ability to drive cross-functional execution
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required
- Comfortable with occasional early morning or evening meetings to support cross-regional collaboration
Work Schedule
- Position based in San Jose, CA
- Part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week)
- Hybrid setup : 1–2 days per week onsite in San Jose, with the remaining time remote
- Flexibility required to collaborate across U.S. and China time zones , including occasional early morning or evening meetings
Compensation Structure
- $25~$45/hour
- Paid internship with clearly defined deliverables
