Translate global and regional growth priorities into locally relevant strategies informed by data and market insights
Lead the planning and execution of growth campaigns, ensuring high-quality delivery from campaign initiation through execution, optimization, and post-campaign analysis
Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Music, Analytics, Strategy & Operations, Product, Legal, and Finance to deliver aligned and effective initiatives
Manage key stakeholders across Japan and the region, clearly communicating strategy, progress, results, and learnings
Own ongoing performance management for the Japan market, synthesizing results across initiatives to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic implications beyond individual campaigns
Contribute to a strong learning culture by documenting results and sharing insights across teams and markets
You have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in growth, Product marketing, strategy, or a related role within a consumer, digital, or subscription-based business
You’re comfortable owning initiatives end-to-end, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
You are highly analytical and data-informed, with strong critical and structured thinking skills
You enjoy working across diverse teams and functions, and can adapt your communication style to different stakeholders
You’re curious, open-minded, and motivated to learn — able to thrive in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
You communicate clearly and thoughtfully, both verbally and in writing
