As a Junior Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager at Roadsurfer , you will play a key role in shaping strategic, data-driven decisions that drive sustainable top-line growth. This role has a strong analytical focus, centred on building and maintaining robust data-driven models, deep-dive analyses, and scalable frameworks that inform commercial and strategic decision-making.
Working closely with stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, and Operations, you will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that improve revenue performance and overall profitability.
This role is designed for candidates with emerging professional experience but excellent analytical thinking, strong curiosity, and the ambition to develop strong analytical and modelling capabilities over time.
The role - your passion
- Drive the evaluation of commercial initiativesby building data-driven analyses and models, helping translate data into insights that facilitate leadership decisions
- Analyse revenue performanceto understand trends and drivers, identify improvement opportunities, and help turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Contributeto building and refining structured processes, models and templatesthat make revenue analyses moreconsistent, repeatable, andscalableacross markets
- Collaborate with different teams(Operations, Marketing, Product, Data) to support analytical topics andcontribute to data-driven decision-making, thereby gaining exposure to a variety of business topics
- Partner with Financeon revenue planning, investor reporting, and scenario analysis
