About the Role
The Mission Solutions Manager works directly with operational users, engineers, and product teams to deploy and support Reveal’s identity verification platform in real-world environments.
In this role, you will help customers integrate Identifi into their operational workflows, train users on platform capabilities, and ensure the system performs reliably during demonstrations, deployments, and mission support activities.
You will act as the bridge between operators in the field and engineers building the technology, translating real-world operational needs into product improvements while helping customers successfully deploy Reveal’s identity verification platform.
In this role you may find yourself demonstrating biometric identity verification capabilities to a defense partner, helping an operational unit integrate Identifi into their identity collection workflow, or working with engineers to resolve issues discovered during field deployments in austere environments.
Support Operational Deployments:Work directly with customers and mission users to deploy and operationalize Reveal’s Identifi platform, supporting demonstrations, evaluations, and field deployments while providing structured feedback to engineering and product teams.
Customer Engagement & Mission Support:Lead technical demonstrations and briefings for defense, security, and public safety organizations while building strong relationships with operational users and assisting with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Product Feedback & Field Insight:Collect and synthesize feedback from operational users and mission partners to inform product development, improve system reliability, and identify new operational use cases.
Workflow Development:Collaborate with customers, resellers, and OEM partners to design repeatable operational workflows that integrate Identifi into mission environments and document those workflows for future deployments.
Support Business Development:Assist go-to-market efforts by supporting demonstrations, pilot programs, and evaluation events while helping customers understand how Reveal’s technology supports mission requirements.
Experience supporting or deploying technical systems in operational environments.
Ability to work independently, plan priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts between engineers and operational users.
Experience working with Biometrics Collections platforms in an operational environment and/or experience working with Intelligence Collections Platforms/Analysis.
Comfort working directly with customers and operational users.
Ability to travel approximately 40% to support customer demonstrations, deployments, and evaluations.
Exposure to ATAK and GIS data visualization programs (preferred).
Experience with Biometrics Collection and Analysis use cases (preferred).
Previous Solutions Architect and/or Technical Customer Support experience(preferred).
Experience working with networked systems or tactical networking environments (IP-based radios, mesh networks, or IP configurations across multiple operating systems) (preferred).
FAA Part 107 (preferred).

Salary (85,000 - $105,000) + Equity
Salary is determined by the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
