Role Overview
Detail-oriented and empathetic
Offboarding Manager
responsible for managing employee offboarding processes on behalf of our global clients. In this role, you will ensure a seamless, compliant, and professional offboarding experience for departing employees while safeguarding our clients' interests and maintaining compliance with local labor laws.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
