Operations Analyst - Talent & Staffing with New Era Technology offers you the following:
TheOperations Analyst - Talent & Staffing is a highly organized and relationship ‑ driven professional that manages vendor partnerships, supports business demand needs, and oversees the full staffing lifecycle for consulting engagements. This role maintains strong talent pipelines, coordinates candidate evaluations and onboarding, and ensures smooth delivery across active consultant assignments. The ideal candidate excels at communication, negotiation, and cross ‑ functional coordination while providing an exceptional experience to candidates, consultants, vendor partners, and internal stakeholders. This position also contributes to ongoing marketing, LinkedIn engagement, and team culture through active participation in meetings and company events.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
COMPENTENCY:
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: 40 hours a week and as required to perform the duties of the role. Overtime hours may be required to meet business expectations.
