About the ELS Department

The Endless Lifecycle Support (ELS) team enables companies to keep running end-of-life Linux distributions, libraries, and frameworks safely - without forced upgrades. It's a technically demanding product: CVE response timelines are tight, the codebase is broad, and delivery expectations are high.

The department is growing and actively changing. New teams are forming, new products are being introduced, and we're integrating AI-assisted tooling into our workflows — from automated vulnerability analysis to code review and release workflows. This isn't a future aspiration; it's happening now, and it's changing how teams plan, collaborate, and deliver.

The Role

We're creating this role because the way we work is changing — and that kind of change doesn't manage itself.

As our Organizational Change Coach, you'll help the ELS department navigate the shift toward AI-driven ways of working: identify where friction originates, redesign processes built for a different reality, and help teams adapt without losing the delivery discipline that makes us reliable.

You'll be close enough to the product to understand context, and senior enough to engage credibly with C-level stakeholders when cross-team or strategic issues need to surface.

What You'll Do

  • Coach product owners and team leads on backlog health, prioritization discipline, and scope management in a fast-changing environment
  • Help teams maintain flow and predictability when priorities shift — and they do, regularly

  • Support teams in evaluating and integrating new tools, including AI-assisted tooling, into their day-to-day work — helping them do so deliberately rather than reactively

  • Spot patterns and dependencies that individual teams can't see from where they sit, and bring the right people together to resolve them
  • Help the organization coordinate smarter, not through more process overhead, but by improving how existing structures actually work

  • As the company integrates more AI-driven workflows, help teams adapt their processes accordingly — identifying where automation changes team responsibilities, where new risks emerge, and where existing coordination needs to be rethought
  • Create space for teams to experiment with new approaches: define what success looks like, evaluate results, and integrate what works into standard practice.
