Our job is to help you succeed.
About the Client:
Our client is a driven entrepreneurial executive managing multiple active businesses and a high-logistics personal life. Their world moves fast — across professional, personal, and family domains — and they need someone who can keep pace without missing a beat.
This is not a corporate, process-heavy environment. It's dynamic, relationship-driven, and built on trust. The right hire won't just support the work — they'll become an essential part of how it runs.
Your Role: We're looking for a sharp, self-directed Personal Executive Assistant to support a high-performing executive in a fast-moving, multi-principal environment spanning personal, family, and professional domains. This role isn't for someone who needs a rulebook. It's for someone who reads the room, builds the system, and executes — often before being asked.
The right person won't just maintain what exists — they'll build what doesn't yet, and stay engaged once it's running.
If you thrive in controlled chaos, take pride in clean systems, and find a complex, high-logistics environment energizing rather than overwhelming — this role was built for you.
Responsibilities:
- Own inbox and calendar management across a minimum of five active calendars spanning personal, family, and multiple professional domains
- Build systems and processes from scratch while simultaneously executing day-to-day tasks — without waiting for complete documentation
- Manage high-volume, time-sensitive communication across multiple inboxes with strong prioritization judgment
- Anticipate needs before they're voiced and act on them — proactively, not reactively
- Coordinate logistics across a busy entrepreneurial household including scheduling, follow-ups, and cross-domain task management
- Troubleshoot technical issues independently and maintain full ownership of your tools and workspace
- Produce high-quality deliverables such as daily briefs, preparation materials, and communications on behalf of the principal
- Maintain consistent communication rhythms with the executive through regular check-ins that create accountability and context
Requirements:
- Comfortable operating from guidelines rather than rigid rules — you adjust based on context, not just instructions
- A builder and a doer — you're motivated by creating structure where little exists, and you stay engaged once it's built
- Anticipatory — you see three steps ahead and act without being prompted
- Technically self-reliant — you own your setup and solve problems without hand-holding
- A strong communicator — precise, proactive, and never guessing when you can clarify
- Energized by variety and complexity, not unsettled by it
- Substantial executive assistant experience — virtual or in-person — supporting senior leaders or multi-principal environments
- Demonstrated track record managing personal and professional calendars simultaneously for a busy executive or household
- Prior experience in a startup-style or entrepreneurial environment strongly preferred
- Lived experience managing the logistics of a busy household — children's schedules, family coordination, multiple competing priorities — is a significant plus
Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):
- Up to $1800/mo depending on experience
- Annual bonus up to 150% of one month's salary, contingent on quarterly performance scores
- 13th month pay
- Performance-based bonuses
- Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents.
- Annual continuing education budget to support professional development
Note:
The Client is not involved in compensation or benefits. As an employee of Offshore Launch, all compensation and benefits are to be provided by the Agency.
Please note that we anticipate a response from candidates within 24 hours of our outreach. If we do not receive a reply within this timeframe, we will assume that you are no longer interested in pursuing this opportunity.
