We are looking for an ambitious, highly analytical self-starter to step into an existential, high-visibility role within our Partnerships vertical. Partnerships is our high-velocity business line that provides independent insurance agents with a digital-first platform, automated underwriting infrastructure, and specialized services to help them seamlessly serve clients and grow their firms.
This is a critical role which is crucial for the absolute coverage of our US partnerships data ecosystem. Working as an elite individual contributor, you will sit squarely at the intersection of product mechanics, data science, and operational strategy. You will partner directly with our business leaders to solve unstructured data puzzles, proactively flag macro financial risks, and define the behavioral milestones that turn new agents into long-term platform advocates. The US national base salary range for this full-time position is $127,000 - $224,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
