Principal Product Manager, CTV

The Principal Product Manager, CTV will play a key role in shaping the next phase of mediasmart’s CTV platform, advertiser offering, and North America growth strategy.

This role will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, AdOps, and Partnerships teams across Spain, EMEA, LATAM, and North America to improve campaign performance, scale advertiser adoption, and evolve mediasmart’s CTV capabilities.

A major focus of the role will be improving the onboarding, launch success, and scaling of new North America campaigns, while helping ensure mediasmart has a competitive product and measurement offering for agencies and advertisers in the US market.

The role requires strong product leadership and deep expertise across programmatic advertising, CTV, performance media, targeting, optimization, attribution, identity, and measurement. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating across both strategic product initiatives and hands-on execution in fast-moving programmatic environments.

SUMMARY & DUTIES

  • Define and execute the roadmap for mediasmart’s CTV platform and AppSync initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Data Science teams on bidding, optimization, pacing, targeting, measurement, and campaign performance systems.
  • Improve onboarding, launch success, and scaling of new CTV campaigns, particularly across North America.
  • Work closely with agencies, strategic advertisers, commercial teams, and partners to identify market requirements, customer pain points, and product opportunities. Build and improve integrations with MMPs, OEMs, SSPs, identity providers, and measurement partners.
  • Drive innovation across targeting, identity resolution, attribution, audience intelligence, and measurement capabilities for CTV environments.
  • Analyze supply quality, auction dynamics, and campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization, scale, and efficiency.
  • Develop experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies tied to measurable business outcomes.
  • Help define positioning, use cases, and go-to-market strategies for emerging CTV products and features.
  • Collaborate closely with Affle group product teams, including Jampp and other business units where relevant.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies across CTV, programmatic video, and performance advertising ecosystems.
  • Act as a product leader and internal subject matter expert across Connected TV and advanced TV initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment between product strategy, technical execution, and commercial priorities.
  • Support the evolution of mediasmart’s advertiser offering and measurement capabilities for the US market.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 6–10 years of Product Management experience within AdTech, Programmatic Advertising, Connected TV (CTV), or Performance Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the CTV ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, identity solutions, attribution, measurement, and buying workflows.
  • Experience building products related to programmatic buying, optimization systems, campaign management, or advertising infrastructure.
  • Deep understanding of RTB systems, auction dynamics, targeting methodologies, and optimization models.
  • Experience working closely with Data Science teams and ML-driven systems.
  • Strong understanding of mobile advertising and attribution ecosystems.
  • Experience supporting agencies, trading desks, or strategic advertisers in the North American market is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex technical and data concepts into clear product direction and business impact.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving organizations with high ownership and autonomy.
  • SQL and data analysis experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ecosystems and platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava, Branch, DV360, The Trade Desk, Roku, Samsung Ads, LG Ads, or similar technologies is a plus.
  • Spanish Language skills are a plus.
