Product Marketing Manager | mediasmart
The Product Marketing Manager plays a key role in shaping how mediasmart brings its product to market. You’ll be responsible for supporting launches, translating product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging and content, enabling internal teams, and ensuring our platform is well documented and easy to understand for clients and stakeholders.
This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Product, Partnerships, Sales, and other internal teams. You’ll help position mediasmart’s solutions in a competitive AdTech landscape, support go-to-market initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of how we communicate the value of our platform.

SUMMARY & DUTIES
- Own and support product marketing initiatives across mediasmart, helping translate product capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions.
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, features, integrations, and strategic initiatives.
- Explore and leverage AI and new technologies to improve workflows, content generation, enablement, and internal knowledge management.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to identify trends, benchmark competitors, and strengthen mediasmart’s positioning in the AdTech space.
- Develop, update, and organize product collateral such as decks, one-pagers, product explainers, website content, blog posts, videos, and visual assets.
- Create and maintain product messaging, positioning, and supporting materials for internal and external audiences.
- Maintain and improve mediasmart’s external product documentation, ensuring clients have clear and up-to-date guidance on platform features and workflows.
- Manage in-platform educational and support content, including guided tours, tooltips, hotspots, banners, triggers, and feature announcements.
- Support internal communication and enablement initiatives by helping teams understand product updates, launches, selling points, and use cases.
- Contribute to onboarding, training, and sales enablement materials to help internal teams communicate mediasmart’s value effectively.
- Partner with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to support proposals, launch communications, partner messaging, and strategic content needs.
- Monitor the usage and impact of product marketing assets and initiatives, using data and feedback to improve content, adoption, and overall effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Tech teams to stay aligned on roadmap priorities, feature updates, and messaging consistency across documentation, website, and platform.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working in product marketing, marketing, or a related role within the AdTech, programmatic, DSP, SSP, or digital advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and the AdTech ecosystem.
- Fluent in English (essential for daily communication).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex product concepts for different audiences.
- Experience creating written and audiovisual content and collateral across multiple formats and channels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think through positioning, launches, and product communication holistically.
- Strong sense of ownership, and the ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Canva, and AI-powered tools is a plus.
- Experience with documentation platforms, training materials, or self-serve product environments is a strong plus.
