We are looking for a Quality Engineer to lead our efforts in software performance and reliability. You will design comprehensive test strategies, automate complex scenarios, and integrate testing directly into our CI/CD pipelines. This role is about more than just finding bugs; it is about building the systems that prevent them, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring our releases are fast and flawless.
What You'll Do
- Automation Leadership:Develop and maintain high-quality automated test scripts. You will design automation frameworks that make our testing faster and more reliable over time.
- Risk-Based Testing:Lead the effort to identify high-risk areas in our software. You will execute regression suites and analyze results to ensure no critical defects reach our users.
- Pipeline Integration:Collaborate with developers to optimize our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that automated tests provide immediate and helpful feedback.
- Continuous Improvement:Analyze test metrics and results to suggest process improvements. You will maintain test environments and data to keep our "documentation-first" culture strong.
- Mentorship & Collaboration:Participate in cross-functional meetings to advocate for quality and mentor junior team members on automation best practices.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years in Software QA or a related field, with a strong focus on test automation.
- Proficiency in writing test plans and scripts. You have a foundational knowledge of automation tools, scripting languages, and modern testing frameworks.
- Ability to leverage generative AI and other tools to solve complex testing problems and increase team productivity.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with a high attention to detail and the ability to explain technical risks clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience. ISTQB certification is a plus.

Full-time positions are scheduled to work 40 hours per week, M-F unless required otherwise by projects. Part-time positions are scheduled to work a maximum of 30 hours per week.
