We’re looking for a Recruitment Lead - GTM & Commercial to join our Dubai team on an 8-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). In this role, you’ll lead our commercial talent acquisition strategy across EMEA, driving the hyper-growth of our Go-To-Market teams across sales, account management, marketing, operations, advertising, and strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Talent Acquisition team, leading a high-performing group of over 10 recruiters across EMEA. You will partner with senior global leaders to ensure our recruitment practices align with business needs, global standards, and critical diversity initiatives.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Lead a high-performing team:Hire, lead, and develop a world-class EMEA GTM recruitment team, setting clear performance goals while fostering accountability and ownership.
  • Drive strategy and execution:Partner with commercial, finance, and people leadership to design and execute a comprehensive short- and long-term hiring roadmap.
  • Build scalable processes:Design, implement, and iterate on global interviewing, sourcing, and assessment tools to deliver an efficient, outstanding candidate experience at scale.
  • Influence with data:Deploy advanced forecasting, reporting, and analytics to track key metrics, share talent insights, and shape the broader people roadmap.
  • Embed DEI and values:Champion Deliveroo’s diversity and inclusion goals throughout the hiring lifecycle, maintaining a high talent bar and a progressive hiring culture.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Essential

  • Significant GTM leadership experience:Proven track record leading commercial talent acquisition in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Regional expertise:Demonstrated experience navigating the hiring landscape across the UAE, specifically within Dubai.
  • Strong people management:Proven ability to coach, develop, and manage recruitment leads and senior specialists.
  • Data-driven mindset:Strong capability leveraging data and analytics to influence senior stakeholders, develop insights, and measure recruitment impact.
  • Stakeholder management:Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships and influence executive leadership.

Nice to Have

  • Strategic scaling:Experience designing bespoke sourcing strategies and automated systems for hyper-growth tech environments.
  • Immediate availability:Ability to commit to the full 8-month fixed-term contract starting September 2026 through April 2027.
