Your Role
As the Commercial Director for the DACH region, you will lead a team of sales professionals focused on driving new business acquisition within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in executing regional sales initiatives and ensuring the team meets their targets. This role requires a hands-on leader with proven experience in managing sales teams and a strong ability to adapt to the unique challenges of the DACH market.

Your Profile
- C2-level German proficiencyandfluency in Englishwith excellent communication skills.
- Ideally basedin Germany or within the DACH region.
- Proven experience in managing and developing sales teams, preferably in SaaS or hospitality technology industries.
- Strong leadership and motivational skillswith a track record of driving team success.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. A real team player.
- Ability to execute plans effectively and deliver resultswithin a structured framework.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot, and sales tools to track and optimize performance.
- Strong focus ondriving AI-powered efficiency, with the ability to identify and apply AI tools to enhance team performance and productivity.
