About the role:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for building pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound qualification. You will help generate qualified leads that result in new business, supporting our scaling efforts and contributing to the success of our team. We are looking for driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our fast growing sales organization.

Compensation:
The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $96,000.00–$125,000.00, depending on level and performance.
All hires start as SDR Level 1, with a starting OTE of $96,000.00. Progression through our four-level SDR career path is based on performance, with compensation increasing at each level. High performers can reach the top of the range within ~18 months through promotion.
This role includes variable compensation with accelerators, creating upside above OTE. Total compensation also includes equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
