Sales Development Representative (f/m/d)

Your Role
- Target group outreach: You research potential customers in the HR-tech and Recruiting space and actively reach out via email, phone, or LinkedIn to schedule meetings for our Activation team
- Lead qualification: TYou identify whether a lead is the right fit – uncovering needs, pain points, and opportunities – and hand over qualified contacts to our Activation team.
- Collaborate to excel: You work closely with Marketing and Sales, contribute ideas for messaging, workflows, and tools, and continuously refine your outreach strategy.
- Structured working style: You carefully document your activities in HubSpot and keep a close eye on your metrics.
Your Profile
- You communicate effortlessly in German and English and are fluent in both.
- You bring 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on outbound sales.
- You enjoy getting to the bottom of customer needs and ask the right questions to truly understand them.
- You work in a structured way, stay on top of multiple tasks, and reliably see things through to the finish line.
- Tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn are second nature to you..
- You’re curious, bring in your own ideas, and actively drive things forward to achieve results together.
