Voltera develops, owns, and operates critical charging infrastructure to support the rapidly growing electric transportation industry. We partner with fleets, automakers, and mobility providers to deliver tailored, scalable charging solutions that accelerate the adoption of zero-emission transportation across North America.
We are seeking a Sales Director to expand Voltera’s presence in the enterprise transportation electrification space. This role is responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing strategic partnerships with ride-hail providers, autonomous vehicle (AV) companies, automotive OEMs, and large fleet operators. The role combines new business development with ownership of key strategic accounts, managing complex deals and collaborating cross-functionally with real estate, construction, and customer teams. This individual will also focus on strengthening existing relationships to drive account growth and expansion.
The ideal candidate brings a strong hunter mentality, excellent project management skills, and a solid understanding of diverse financial and commercial models. They have deep industry relationships and a proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals within the mobility and fleet electrification sectors. This highly visible role will be instrumental in driving Voltera’s strategic growth with leading mobility and fleet partners.

Base Salary: $140,000–$185,000. Exact compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location. The total compensation package includes base salary, variable comp,, equity, and competitive benefits (medical/vision/dental insurance, matching 401(k), paid vacation, and EV incentive).
