Job Summary

​

New Era Technology is looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA MM, EWM with Ariba Consultant for a Full-Time Contractor opportunity to support and deliver SAP transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA MM , SAP EWM , and integration experience with SAP Ariba .

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive procurement and warehouse process improvements, implementation support, integration activities, and production support.

​

Key Responsibilities

​

• Lead end-to-end functional activities forSAP S/4HANA MM, including configuration, implementation, and support.
• Work on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including PR, PO, RFQ, vendor management, invoicing, and procurement workflows.
• Configure and supportSAP EWMprocesses including inbound, outbound, put-away, picking, packing, staging, and inventory management.
• Drive integration and functional support forSAP Aribamodules (Buying, Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts as applicable).
• Gather business requirements, perform process mapping, and propose solution designs.
• Prepare functional specifications for developments (WRICEF) and coordinate with technical teams.
• Support testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and cutover support.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
• Create documentation, user guides, and deliver training sessions to business users.
• Support continuous improvement, enhancements, and change requests.

Required Skills & Expertise

​

SAP S/4HANA MM (Mandatory)

​

Strong expertise in:

​

• Procurement (PR/PO, RFQ, Contracts)
• Vendor Master & Material Master
• Inventory Management
• MRP / Planning concepts
• Pricing Procedures
• Account Determination
• Release Strategy / Approval Workflow

​

SAP EWM (Mandatory)

​

Hands-on functional experience in:

​

• Warehouse structure configuration
• Inbound / outbound delivery processing
• Picking, packing, staging, put-away
• Stock transfer and physical inventory
• Warehouse Task / Warehouse Order concepts
• Integration with MM / SD processes

​

SAP Ariba (Mandatory)

​

Strong exposure to:

​

• Ariba Buying & Invoicing
• Ariba Network integration
• Ariba Sourcing / Contracts (Preferred)
• Master and transactional data integration between Ariba and S/4HANA
• Experience withCIG (Cloud Integration Gateway)is a strong advantage

​

Integration & Technical Knowledge (Preferred)

​

• Integration experience between SAP MM ↔ SAP EWM and SAP S/4HANA ↔ SAP Ariba
• Knowledge of SAP interfaces such asIDocs, RFC, APIs
• Exposure to SAP CPI / PI/PO integration is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps for MM/EWM is an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications

​

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield / Brownfield / Rollouts)
• Strong understanding of procurement, warehouse, and supply chain processes
• Experience working with global stakeholders across time zones
• SAP certification in MM / EWM / Ariba is a plus

​

Soft Skills

​

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong documentation and process orientation

​

Education

​

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT / Business or equivalent.
