We are looking for a Senior Client Partner (Senior AM Lead) to lead the strategic expansion of the New Vertical segment in Italy. This is an opportunity to take on a leadership role within a fast-growing area of the business.
You are a senior commercial profile with strong experience in people management and development, and you will be responsible for growing a significant part of Deliveroo's New Vertical business by directly leading a team of Account Managers.
The role is primarily commercially focused with a strong people management component, and requires close cross-functional and international collaboration with the Operations, Marketing and Product teams to ensure success.

The total target compensation (OTE - On-Target Earnings, ovvero la retribuzione totale prevista al raggiungimento del 100% degli obiettivi) for this role is €74000 – €93,000 gross per year, of which the base salary range is €63.000 - 75.000 . The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed above and is determined based on a number of job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
This position would be eligible for consideration for an equity award grant of restricted stock units on commencement and during the annual pay review cycle. Upon commencement of employment, you would be eligible to be considered for a grant. Thereafter, any further grants would be at the Company's discretion.
