As a Senior Advisor of Member Services, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong, consultative relationships with our members. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned members, building and maintaining strong, strategic relationships
Guide members in aligning their business strategies with our platforms and insights to achieve their objectives
Analyze data and translate insights for both executive and technical stakeholders
Support members in tracking, communicating, and delivering on key milestones based on their priorities
Provide proactive recommendations and strategic advice to optimize platform utilization
Grow expertise in your assigned industry segment, connecting new learnings and policy shifts back to your members’ priorities and contributing to the team’s overall industry expertise
Provide operational assistance to pooled-support members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, analytics, and support) to address member needs and ensure seamless service delivery
Develop and deliver training, workshops, and presentations to empower members in leveraging our solutions
Identify risks, challenges, or opportunities in member engagement and develop mitigation strategies
Share accountability for renewals and expansion opportunities within assigned member base as well as designated pooled-support members
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
5+ years in a customer-facing, strategic advisory role, preferably in healthcare, analytics, or SaaS industries
Proven track record of delivering measurable impact in client success or member services
Skills and Competencies
Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, challenges, and analytics solutions
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
Expertise in project management, including planning, execution, and milestone tracking
Analytical mindset with the ability to query data, interpret complex datasets and present actionable insights
Proficiency in using analytics platforms, CRM systems, and productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake, Microsoft Office, Atlassian)
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
