We're looking for a sharp, positive, and motivated self-starter with mobile experience to join our App Dev team as a Senior Client Partner in San Francisco! Our Enterprise App Dev team partners with the largest Mobile App Developers globally, consulting clients on how to successfully grow their businesses by leveraging the best of Reddit’s platform capabilities.

In this role, the Senior Client Partner will be responsible for nurturing and growing key relationships with existing advertisers through JBP development, extensive XFN engagement, and structured planning. Client Partners on our App Dev team are mobile experts who use their deep technical acumen to effectively consult app-first advertisers on complex marketing goals and represent their needs internally. They are trusted advisers to senior marketing and agency leaders, ensuring they meet their business objectives successfully using Reddit’s advertising suite.

This role is required to be based in the San Francisco office and will work from the office 1-2 days per week.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Act as CEO of your book of business, take full ownership of revenue forecasting, client relationship mapping, strategy development, and ensuring operational rigor
  • Collaborate with existing App Developer advertisers to deliver Reddit solutions that help achieve their marketing and business goals
  • Communicate feedback on our sales processes, vertical narratives, and ad products to cross-functional teams to help advocate for App Dev customers and improve the team's effectiveness and efficiency

Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience in digital media with at least 4-7 years of media sales experience
  • Deep industry expertise in mobile apps, mobile User Acquisition funnels, and MMPs
  • Demonstrated high achievement against sales targets and quotas
  • High familiarity with sales tools for client and industry research
  • Proven experience upleveling relationships up through C-level executives
  • Proficient at upselling with a proven track record of growing client spend
  • Experience cultivating strong relationships with external partners
  • Subject matter expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising
  • Ability to manage a book of business greater than 30 accounts
  • Positive outlook, team player
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Transparency:

This job posting may span more than one career level.

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and will also be eligible to receive a commission. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The base salary range for this position is:

$124,700

$174,600 USD
