Job Summary
PartsBase is seeking a Senior Manager of Employee Advocacy to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our employee advocacy program, with a primary focus on LinkedIn. In this role, you’ll turn our employees into authentic brand ambassadors, driving measurable growth in brand awareness, lead generation, talent attraction, and employee engagement.
You’ll oversee the program strategy, tools, content, and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales, HR, and Leadership, while coaching and inspiring employees to share high-impact content. You will leverage platforms like Social HorsePower (SocialHP), Hootsuite Amplify, DSMN8, or Sprout Social to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Leadership
- Define the vision and roadmap for PartsBase’s employee advocacy program across LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Establish KPIs tied to engagement, impressions, referral traffic, lead generation, and recruiting impact.
- Lead cross-functional planning with Marketing, Sales, HR, and Leadership to integrate advocacy into campaigns.
Team & Employee Enablement
- Coach, mentor, and motivate employees to participate in the advocacy program.
- Design and lead training on LinkedIn best practices, personal branding, content creation, and advocacy tools.
- Foster a culture of advocacy with gamification, recognition programs, and internal communications.
Tool & Platform Management
- Oversee employee advocacy platforms (SocialHP, Hootsuite Amplify, DSMN8, etc.) for content curation, approval, and scheduling.
- Ensure seamless sharing experiences while maintaining brand consistency and compliance.
Content Strategy & Collaboration
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and HR to develop high-quality content: company news, blogs, product updates, thought leadership, and employee stories.
- Provide guidance and frameworks that allow employees to share content authentically and effectively.
Measurement & Reporting
- Track and analyze engagement metrics: shares, impressions, click-throughs, lead attribution, recruiting impact, and ROI.
- Recommend program optimizations based on data insights.
Campaign & Cross-Functional Support
- Activate employee networks to amplify marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and talent acquisition efforts.
- Ensure advocacy strategies align with business objectives and B2B marketplace goals.
Best Practices & Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LinkedIn trends, social media best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure all advocacy activities meet company policies, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
- 5–8+ years in social media marketing, employee advocacy, internal communications, or related roles.
- Proven success leading employee advocacy programs and cross-functional initiatives, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Hands-on experience with advocacy platforms (SocialHP, Hootsuite Amplify, DSMN8) and LinkedIn.
Technical Skills
- LinkedIn content strategy for both personal and company profiles.
- Content scheduling, analytics dashboards, and performance reporting.
- Basic content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.).
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Ability to influence and motivate employees at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and creative approach to engagement.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in B2B marketplaces or SaaS.
- Familiarity with sales/recruiting pipelines.
- Track record of growing LinkedIn engagement and employee participation.
