Senior Product Manager, Clinical
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and define Moxie's clinical product platform—the product surface that sets us apart in the medspa industry. You'll be building and refining the features that make clinical-first practices choose Moxie over generic practice management software: compliance workflows, charting, GFE management, e-prescribing, and the entire clinical infrastructure that keeps providers confident, protected, and focused on exceptional patient care. This is our first dedicated Clinical PM role, which means you'll be shaping something foundational rather than inheriting a mature playbook. You'll work directly with our CPO in a lean, high-ownership team of five PMs where your decisions matter immediately and your work ships fast.
What you'll do
- Own the entire clinical product surface end-to-end– from charting and GFEs to e-scripts, labs, and compliance features – becoming the definitive expert on how providers work, where our strengths are, and what gaps are most painful
- Ship meaningful improvements at velocity– deliver 10+ measurable product enhancements in your first 9 months, including at least 2 net-new clinical capabilities that enable workflows providers couldn't do in Moxie before
- Drive discovery as a consistent practice– conduct regular research with clinical-first practices (4+ providers monthly), document findings, and use those insights to inform prioritization and roadmap decisions
- Build the clinical roadmap that closes deals– create a documented, confidence-inspiring clinical strategy for the next two quarters that sales and customer success can speak to without needing to ask you first
- Improve win rates with clinical-first practices– measurably increase our conversion with providers who prioritize clinical excellence, giving sales a concrete clinical pitch that didn't exist before
We're looking for:
- 3-5 years of B2B SaaS product management experiencewith a track record of owning a product area end-to-end and consistently shipping
- Deep user understanding and discovery instincts– you know what you don't know, you identify assumptions early, and you don't commit to solutions until you have enough signal. You can speak fluently not just to what users ask for, but how they actually work and what they're afraid of
- Genuine ownership and comfort with ambiguity– you've driven clarity and outcomes in situations where there was no obvious owner, and you made yourself one. You don't need structure handed to you
- Strong product craft and solution design– given a well-defined problem, you come up with the right solution. You have taste, you value simplicity, and you push back on over-engineered answers
- Collaborative product trio partnership– you make engineers and designers better, not just hand off tickets. You can point to outcomes that were stronger because of how you worked with your team
- AI fluency as a force multiplier– you actively use AI tools in your day-to-day work and have meaningfully changed how you operate because of them (healthcare or medspa experience is a plus but not required – the domain can be learned; the drive cannot)
