We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. We recognize that mental health issues can be complex and multifaceted, and we are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.
We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being.
We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and we strive to be a force for positive change in the field of mental healthcare.

About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer 2 to join Rula’s Patient Onboarding team. This team is focused on driving meaningful impact across the patient funnel. Our goal isn’t to get patients through the door, but to get them through the right door: an experience that feels fast, trustworthy, and frictionless enough that they actually complete it and get the care they need. In practice, that means building and evolving systems behind patient acquisition surfaces, registration flows, eligibility verification, and the end-to-end onboarding experience that converts someone who needs care into someone who’s getting it.
As a Software Engineer 2, you'll design and deliver reliable, high-quality product experiences that directly impact growth and patient outcomes. You'll own features end-to-end, partnering closely with Product, Design, Analytics, and other engineers to run experiments, ship improvements, and iterate based on real data. Our work is experiment-heavy and we build systems for scale by optimizing for performance, correctness, and resilience as the business grows
