Specialist, Payer GTM

The

Specialist, Payer GTM

is responsible for the development of sales enablement collateral and owning the end-to-end launch of regional payer products ensuring internal teams have the necessary tools to drive enrollment.

Primary Duties

  1. Drive the creation of payer-specific marketing materials, including Payer snapshots/one pagers, templates, and internal documents. Maintain a deep knowledge of products ensuring all materials accurately reflect payer product features and value-based care terms.
  2. Serve as the primary owner for a portfolio of payer products and specialized payer projects, managing timelines and deliverables from contract signature to in-market activation.
  3. Partner closely with internal teams including Strategy, Performance, Sales, Marketing, and Market P&L to ensure product readiness, team alignment, and growth targets are met.
  4. Report on product and campaign performance, synthesize data into actionable insights, and provide recommendations for product enhancement or promotional adjustments.
  5. Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field

3+ years of experience in product management, project management, go-to-market execution, or cross-functional operations

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines

Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts across various stakeholders and seniority levels

Demonstrated ownership mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement

Direct, relevant work experience in Payer Contracting/Value Based Care is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using project and task management tools such as Monday.com, Salesforce, Slack, and similar platforms

Proven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams with minimal supervision

Strong presentation and storytelling skills to communicate product vision and progress

Analytical mindset with the ability to provide insights from qualitative/quantitative data

Collaborative and adaptive approach to working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
