We are looking for a Senior Designer, Data Experimentation & AI, to play a crucial role in shaping how Kraken builds, evaluates, and scales its products. This is a highly autonomous, senior IC role focused on experimentation and continuous improvement.
We’re obsessed with our products and care deeply about clarity, craft, and outcomes. We have an open and trusting team culture where we share candid, honest feedback to continuously raise the bar.
You’ll take ownership of complex, ambiguous design challenges at the intersection of data, experimentation, and machine intelligence. Working end-to-end from prototyping, iteration and delivery.
